My Intramural 2025 Experience

Intramurals is one of the most exciting and anticipated events in our school every year. It’s a time when students come together to celebrate sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit. Even though I didn’t participate in any of the sports or competitions, my intramural experience was still fun, meaningful, and something I will never forget.

One of the best parts of intramurals for me was being able to bond with my classmates and my team. While we watched the games, we cheered loudly and proudly. I didn’t have to be an athlete to feel like I was part of the action. Just being there, joining the yells, and showing support already made me feel involved. We were part of Team Lumawig, and every time we shouted “Go Team!” it wasn’t just a chant. It was our way of showing unity, strength, and pride. Each time we yelled, it felt like our voices came together as one. The word “Go” carried our energy and determination, while “Team” reminded us that we were all in it together. That simple phrase connected us and made us feel like we truly belonged.

Aside from watching the games like basketball, volleyball, and others, one of the most memorable parts was the yell competition. As Team Lumawig, we practiced hard, supported each other, and gave our best performance. Even though we didn’t win the championship, we proudly finished as first runner-up. That already felt like a big win for us. It brought us closer and showed us the power of teamwork.

What I also liked was that even when some of my friends were on the opposing teams, I still supported them. I believed that intramurals is not just about competition but also about friendship and respect. Cheering for my friends, no matter which team they were on, made the experience even more special.
