This is a place where nature and love meet, and where every visitor leaves with a piece of its soul. Sabangan is known for its fresh waters, rice terraces, and the Kapangdan River, which are popular for natural swimming, picnic, and camping activities. 

Sabangan consists of 15 barangays which are Bao-anga, Bun-ayan, Busa, Camatagan, Capinitan, Data, Gayang, Lagan, Losad, Namatec, Napua, Pingad, Poblacion, Supang and Tambingan. In Sabangan, Mountain Province, many tourist attractions feature natural wonders, including mountains, waterfalls, and river systems. Several hiking and ecotourism activities are promoted in the area like Mount Kalawitan, Mount Mangasi-it, Ballay falls, Kawew falls, Kapangdan river and Apa campsite, and Dagiwdiw rice terraces .

I-sabangan people are known for their unbeatable loud voice wherein some individuals misunderstood the way they speak because of the tone of their voices.
