My 2025 intramurals experience

In first day of intramurals , we all have to meet the team so all participants of lam-ang went to BEFF 1 to have a practice. The election for leaders of the group happened and all of the leaders planned for the yell.

Second day ,all of us are doing a cheer for the team and the leaders are trying to make a lyrics for the song. On the third day, we practiced the yell. Moving on to the fourth day ,our leaders collected the contribution and our shirt sizes for the uniform of our team. On the sixth day, all of the team lam-ang went to quadrangle to practice the cheer, entrance, and yell.On September 12, all students of TSAT including the teaching and non-teaching staff went to central for the parade going up to Tsat. After the parade ,each team performed their cheer and yell that they prepared. After that, all of the athletes went to the venue of their game.

The next day the intramurals continued so the players can finish their game while others are cheering the player.
